No, there are no fees required to register. Each property does require a specific deposit once you are declared the winning bidder. The deposit will be applied and credited to your down payment. Each property will list the required deposit amount in the terms of the Auction. During the registration process, you may be required to input a credit card number. This is to allow our sellers to know you are a real person and of legal age to bid. Your card will never be charged unless you are a winning bidder and fail to complete the Sales Contract. In this case, depending on the circumstances, your credit card may be charged a $350 default fee. The deposit money will be returned immediately if the sale is not approved by the lender/bank or seller. Please read the complete terms and conditions of an auction before placing any bids.
